JC De Jager (BA LLB)

JC obtained his BA Law degree from the University of Stellenbosch, and graduated with an LLB degree from the same university. He proceeded to do his articles of clerkship, and was admitted in 2010 as an attorney in the Western Cape High Court.

He has been actively involved in litigation at the various Magistrates courts and Regional courts across the Cape peninsula, as well as the Western Cape High Court.

The fields that he has gained the most experience in are Family law, Criminal law, Personal injury law and Road Accident Fund claims. In addition thereto he has been involved in a wide range of actions, applications and inquiries of different natures in the various above mentioned courts, to the extent that he is comfortable taking on any matter that proceeds to court.

He also has experience in the drafting of various letters, applications and contracts.
